ITIL Foundation Certification Course

Last week I attended a 3 day training course which covered the ITIL practices and procedures.  The class was geared towards prepping you to pass the exam that is given at the end of the last day.  The training was very timely in my study for the DCD exam, as it covered the basic IT processes around design, change control and even DR.
If you have seen some of the documents in the latest exam blueprint, you may have noticed several that reference ITIL v3 processes.  The one titled "Implementing ITIL v3 Capacity Management in a VMware environment" in section 2.5 is one example.
As for the exam, it consits of 40 multiple choice questions that were much more difficult than I expected.
After waiting over the weekend for the results to be emailed out, I was happy to find out today that I had passed!

Education is the systematic acquisition and attainment of the information and knowledge. The process is divided in to different and variant goals. It is rampant and rigorous. The steps are coined and improved.

That is an interesting thing to try. And, talking in general, I think that you should be right in here.
